hi guys,for the upcoming CCN Day,
we are going to sell "iCe-SoYa Drinks"!!! from A1 shop
[here are all the details:]
Soya - flavours we are offering
* ORIGINAL
* PEACH
* ALMOND
* BANDUNG
Inclusive of CUPS/COVERS
ICE-CUBES/ STRAW plus PEARLS
FREE DELIVERY ON 13/11/09
total cups we have to sell -> 100 cups
per cup we bought ->90cents
Net cost (everything stated above) -> $90
per cup (standardized cost) we are going to sell -> $1.50
Net cost -> $150
Profit earned -> $50
[will proceed directly to Dr.Chua for the fund]
So on Monday, do bring along $4 to school and give to Cass/Jeremy...
per student -> $4
Total amount collected -> 25x4=$100
The balance of $10 from ($100-$90) to buy any necessary stuffs in preparation for the day such as the banner, etc. [to attract the customers]

***For this term-CCN day,
I really hope dat everyone of us could actively involved in this :)
To do so, i will made compulsory for everyone of us to sell at least 4 cups (minimum target).
You are expected to sell the drinks unless you have a valid excuse on that day, 13th November 09, Fri. If you have achieved the minimum target, do help out the others to sell the drinks too.
The earlier we finished selling the 100 cups, we can packed up and enjoy our weekend. x)
Most probably,we will start selling after the A.Mic tutorial, which is at 2pm.
This last till 5pm.
So, we only got 3 hours to sell the cups!
Our Target/hour:
1st hour -> 35 -40 cups
2nd hour -> 35 -40 cups
3rd hour -> 20- 30 cups

For now, we r left to do the planning of the preparation...
We need to have a creative name to our product selling which is the Ice-soya bean!
Also the name for each flavours- for example (Bandung) tHe PiNky or (Peach) tHe PeaCHy
Altogether only 3 flavors, so do think of one :) and tag up asap!
Plus, a big banner for our booth, to grab the attention of the students(customers)
This include what materials/stuffs to have for our booth!
